HONEYPOT 4.0
Singapore Polytechnic (SP)
Diploma in Infocomm Security Management (DISM)
Final Year Project
Project Completed 2020
DESCRIPTION
To capitalise on the modern-day advance technology stack and the global push to Service 4.0, companies and organisations need to urgently shift their systems and applications from traditional monolithic architecture to cloud-native architecture.
The same goes to honeypots – most open-source honeypots are still built on old monolithic architecture. We are not fast enough to capitalise on modern-day advance technology stack to capture and analyse the rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape.
This project aims to explore how honeypots can be built on cloud-native architecture and using DevSecOps practices to rapidly combat cyber threat.
