  • Facilitate international collaborations and partnerships amongst cybersecurity institutions and communities to boost the quality of cybersecurity talents;

  • Foster cross-border cybersecurity community and friendship amongst the next-generation cybersecurity talents; and

  • Nurture future global cybersecurity leaders with cross-border cybersecurity and cultural knowledge.

MEMBER ORGANISATIONS (MO)

  • MO shall be representative of its country's cybersecurity institutions, students population & community e.g. partnerships, communications or link with country's universities, government agencies, association and communities. 

  • MO shall be community-neutral, institution-neutral & vendor-neutral.

  • MO shall actively participate in GCC administrative, programmes & logistics planning. 

  • MO shall have adequate financial support to participate actively in GCC programmes e.g. via sponsorship, government-funding or self-funding. 

  • MO shall nominate 1 Lead Rep., (up to) & 2 Co-Lead Rep. to be part of the GCC Executive Committee, and Coordinators to be part of the GCC Programme Committee.

STUDENTS PARTICIPANTS

  • All countries shall be allocated an equal no. of students regardless of participating MOs, land area, population, GDP, etc. 

  • Students shall be selected not based on nationality, where they live. Students shall be selected based on MOs acceptance. 

  • MOs of the same country shall work together on the allocated no. of students for its country.
